  Kris went above and beyond. He taught me how to change the filter in my humidifier. He was quick, friendly and helpful. Kris told me about the service plan, but didn't push it. I like that you texted me his photo when he was on the way. Kris also called to give me his ETA. I am a happy customer!

  I've been a customer for years and will be for life after today. Heat would not kick on today (weekend), but Kris called back right away and was able to walk me through a few steps JUST OVER THE PHONE! No visit, no charge; he just simply helped. That is the level of service from Blue Frost. I did not need an expensive service call, just help for something simple. This cemented my experience with them that they will not gouge you because you don't know as much as they do about the equipment. Don't look any further for HVAC in this area. These are the folks you need.

  Our home needed upgrading. Tom initially evaluated our heating needs by doing a home study. We worked with him as to location of a new furnace and got a sense of the company from his professional approach. Larry did the work with a large supporting cast. It took two weeks. The original ductwork was removed and new custom fabricated sheetmetal was installed and sealed. Larry is highly skilled. All staff were very courteous and worked very hard. The owner came by to check on the job and assist.
  I was impressed that they removed framed portraits from one wall prior to cutting and drilling so as not to damage (it shows the considerate, careful work). Now we have a state of the art Trane system with four separate thermostats. A great company to do business with !
