  My company leased a truck in November 2017 and in March of 2018 a different Company leased a truck, and Penske put it on my charge card that they kept on file totaling $628.34, trying to dispute and get my money back including the APR is like pulling teeth, It seems they don't care? and do not return phone calls. I filed a police report and they where able to figure out who rented the truck, my money should be returned in two weeks. Meanwhile Penske is using my money that I'm paying interest on.
  And I still have a feeling that it may not be credited to my account with out me taking further action. FURTHER MY COMPANY IS NOT IN BUSINESS TO LOAN PENSKE MONEY WE ARE NOT A BANK.
