  Jacob was here just to check our mouse bait stations following our discovery of some mice droppings near one of the stations. He was efficient and thorough, checking all of the bait stations. He offered a plausible explanation as to why we might have had such a small amount of activity. He and the other tech, Matt, offered and explained the extra insect treatment application. We are declining that service at this time.
