  Don't expect a warranty or useable tires on the car you buy here. The staff has poor communication and you will not pass emissions with whatever car you buy. But if your credit is bad and you have to overpay and get something, they are happy to take advantage, just beware you may end up alot worse off then you started when you make deals with the devil.
  After 6 months of dealing with this office staff, I agree with other comments that the customer service is extremely unprofessional. Obviously they can't keep a legitimate mechanic because office behavior is hard to tolerate.

  Well More lies from this place. The tires were at issue the day I left the lot. I came back that same day trying to return the car. I remember it was the same day because they had put someone else's plate sticker on my license plates and needed to switch them. They then used clear tape to affix a torn in half sticker to my plate. Very trashy. Thats is only one example of how unorganized the office administration is. Dont bother asking for crazy things like receipt of payment or statments. Apparently I was the first person to ever mention those words in thier office and I never received a receipt of payment or statement from them.
  
  The warranty wasn't offered and I was told the oxygen sensor on the gas tank was an easy fix and they would do it right away. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken a car with the engine light on. They never did fix the sensor, the car won't pass emissions and its useless. But the office lady at this dealership is as hostile as you can get and impossible to have a conversation with. This is probably why they can't keep employees, beyond thier kids and the old drunk guy.
  
  If this place had any integrity at all, then at some point in the past year, they would have attempted to correct this. They had several opportunities and never followed through.
  
  I really would urge everyone to stay away from doing business with people like this.
